Learn a simple step-by step system for buying a home while avoiding dozens of devastating mistakes. For many of our students, the subject of financing is the cause of a lot of stress and confusion. This workshop will eliminate that. Your knowledge will be greatly increased and you will walk away from this workshop with unshakable confidence in your own ability to recognize if a lender or Realtor is trying to take advantage of you. And yes, we will completely cover zero down payment loans!
- Bring writing materials. Audio or video recorders are prohibited.
- Bring a list of questions you want answered.
- Bring a sack lunch if you are attending a class lasting at least 4 hours.
- If you have a third party influence like a parent, friend in the construction business, or anyone else who will be assisting you during the buying process, they should attend this class with you. (Except for real estate agents, contractors or lenders)
- Your instructors are available for personal consultations or planning meetings ONLY after you've attended your class.
- Respectfully, if you are a real estate agent, lender or industry professional, please do not occupy seats intended for legitimate students.
